If you have some leftover rotisserie chicken and a few kitchen staples, you have yourself a delicious chicken cordon bleu pita! No need to bread & fry chicken - this is quick, easy and a health option for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1.5 cups shredded chicken
4 slices of ham
4 slices of swiss cheese
1 Bunch broccolini
2 Angel Bakeries Pita
Mustard
Start by boiling your broccolini for a few minutes until tender but not mushy. Cut your pita in half and spread the inside with mustard. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese in each pita. Fill the rest with the shredded chicken and broccolini. Place pitas in a cast iron skillet or panini press until cheese is melty. Enjoy!
